Optical measurements

Company dif® combines the measurement of a position and a height by laser and geodetic instruments using products of Easy-Laser® and Leica®. The employed equipment guarantees high accuracy of the measurement which is needed for engineering practice. The accuracy of the laser measurement is up to ±0,01 mm, precise total stations Leica measures with the accuracy higher than ±0,3 mm.

It can guarantee a complex alignment of machines or lines at the investment construction or at the large reconstruction.

This measurement consists of defining the optical axis of the machine, aligning of base plates, defining a position of the machine construction (for example cylinders), aligning of drives.

Misalignment of drives is an often defect of machine parts. This situation is causing an increased failure rate of bearings, glands, transmissions. These defects can be removed by a correct alignment.

The frequent problems of the machines are misalignment and non-perpendicularity of cylinders to the lengthways axis of the machine. This defect is typical for the paper mills, the production of cardboard or the machines for production of foils.

Longitudal of machine cylinders download

Knowledge of longitudinal and transverse profiles of the cylinders is necessary for planning of sharpening surface of the cylinder. The measurement is done by laser.

Geometry measurement of machine tools

Correct geometry of the machine-tool – the perpendicularity of all working axes of the machine is necessary for a high accuracy of machining.

Measuremen of thermal growths download

Large machines (pumps, compressors and turbines) are warmed unequally during an operation. The knowledge of the position and height of shafts during the warming and cooling is needed for correct alignment and flawless operation of the machine set.

Geometry measurement of crane tracks

Basic parameters of crane tracks – gauge, straightness and inclination influence fundamentally the safety of the operation. Results of the measurement serve for the rectification of the crane track.
