Company dif® has presented itself successfully on the market since 1990. It uses theoretical knowledge and a unique know-how obtained by practice during solving technical problems of the machines. The company motto is „No more failure ever“.
Field of activity
Main fields of activity are: operational optical and assembly measurement and vibration diagnostics of machines. Lately there has been an increasing demand for a complex assessment of machines concerning an operability or a speed increase. Among the important activities of the company belongs also the sale of lasers Easy-Laser® and the dealership for Czech Republic. The sale of lasers is connected to the manufacture and sale of pads for machine alignment – standard and also nonstandard, manufactured according to the customer’s requirement. The pads are produced from stainless steel plates and foils. The fields of company dif® activity are mainly paper industry, energetics, engineering.
Since 2007, company dif® has represented the interests of Easy-Laser® on the Czech market. This world producer of lasers offers comprehensive sets of instruments for certain aplications, for instance the alignment of shafts, the measurements of flatness, or the alignment of turbines.
Our customers
Among the important customers of dif® company belong mainly large paper mills, for example Mondi Štětí a.s., Smurfit Kappa Czech s.r.o., production plant Morava Paper, Žimrovice, a.s., Duropack Bupak Obaly a.s., Mondi Ružomberok a.s.. Among other important customers are KIMBERLY-CLARK s.r.o. Jaroměř and ŽDB GROUP a.s. Bohumín.
Another group of customers are production and assembly plants – for instance Papcel Litovel a.s.
Abroad, the company realized some important commissions among others in Slovenia, Russia, Poland and Ukraine.
Possibility of trainings
Lately, the valuable experience and knowledge have been capitalized and handed over in the comprehensive set of trainings which are organized by Diagnostic and technical institute Bohumin in co-operation with dif®, VŠB-TU Ostrava and ATD ČR.
Part of the support provided by dif® are trainings and a technical assistance. In February 2010, the company agreed to co-operate with the world’s leading supplier of sensors – German company ifm®. The main field of interest is the installation and support of diagnostic system ifm octavis.
Part of the on-line diagnostic systems is a presentation of results. It is done in the environment Promotic which has been developed by company Microsys®. Dif® has also established a co-operation with this company.
